SWIGO-Support For Women In Governance Organisation (NNGO). We are a National non-governmental organization committed to empowering women and enhancing their roles in governance. Our mission is to provide resources, advocacy, and training to ensure that women have equal representation and influence in political and administrative spheres. By collaborating with stakeholders, we aim to foster inclusive policies and create an environment where women's voices are heard and respected.
 Mission-Vision-Goal
Our Vision: To create a thriving and dynamic South Sudanese environment where women and girls are champions and catalysts for peace, social change, and economic development in governance.

Mission: To transform South Sudanese women and girls socially and economically through effectiveand positive engagement, empowering women with skills in peacebuilding to foster coexistence and sustainability through effective involvement and leadership.

Goal: Equal participation of both male and female in durable development programs, poverty reduction incommunities and the fulfillment of their basic needs, empowered individuals who are aware of rights andhave access to justice.

Main Objectives: 
SWIGO- has been implementing several development programs with little scope under 5 large sectors by keeping eye on the local demand especially for the development of grass-root level population. These sectors are
 1. Good governance and human rights, 2. Education, 3. Health, 4. Livelihoodand 5. Water and Sanitation.

Health & Wellness

Our health services focus on providing essential medical care and promoting wellness through community health initiatives.

 Phillip added that if SWIGO continues with outreach programs, there will be a great change because many people do listen to community radio for every beneficial program. And also suggested that UNDP should continue supporting SWIGO to establish youth/women friendly space /centers to coordinate their activities of peace building. 

Mr. Phillip Ngachen
Mr. Phillip Ngachen is a 35 years old who is a Radio talk-show caller that participated during a talk- show in 90.3FM.

 Mary Logocho added that, with continuation of the project of peace building brought by SWIGO with funding from UNDP, there will be a great change coming towards the community. She personally appreciate SWIGO staffs who works tirelessly in bringing project to GPAA and who ensure the implementation of it's work reached targeted beneficiaries. I am that SWIGO has trained and given knowledge on how to be a good leader and a peace maker in my community and looking forward to be a agent of change. 

Mary Logocho
Mary Logocho is 28 years old woman from Thangnyang Payam of Gumuruk County. She is one of the active community theater practitioners who had fully attended the training.
